Job Description:

Risk professionals with a strategic mindset are sought to drive the development and implementation of the organisation's risk management strategy. Reporting to the Senior Risk Strategy Manager, this senior role is responsible for shaping and overseeing the organisation's risk management strategy, ensuring it remains best-practice, future-focused, and aligned to overall business objectives.

This includes developing, maintaining, and implementing the organisation's risk management strategy, plan, policies, standards, and risk appetite statements, as well as providing oversight and challenge across the organisation's risk profile, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will be a senior risk professional with the authority and credibility to influence senior executives and board members. With strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and deep technical knowledge of risk frameworks, they will thrive in complex environments and deliver clear, challenging, and actionable insights at the highest level.
