Support the growth and development of school-aged children in our Out of School Hours Program at Franklin Early Learning.

The Opportunity

We are seeking Casual Educators to play a vital role in delivering high-quality educational play and leisure-based programs for children aged 6-12 years.

You will build positive relationships with each child and their families while ensuring their learning and wellbeing needs are met.

This is a flexible role, with morning and afternoon shifts available, as well as full day shifts during school holiday periods.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • No formal Early Childhood qualifications are required, but current qualifications are encouraged;
  • Experience working with children and young people;
  • A commitment to ensuring children's safety and wellbeing;
  • Knowledge of My Time, Our Place Framework, National Quality Standards and National Law;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organisational and planning skills;
  • A high level of energy, enthusiasm and creativity;
  • Commitment to Anglicare's mission and values;
  • Current First Aid, CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain;
  • A valid Working with Vulnerable People card (ACT);
