Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert medical care to patients in the obstetrics and gynaecology department
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in the on-call roster and provide emergency care as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in obstetrics and gynaecology

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG)
  • Extensive recent experience in obstetrics and gynaecology in a public hospital
  • Ability to participate in the on-call roster
