Job Description

The Business Development Manager will support the growth of our lending business to achieve market share growth year on year.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with brokers through proactive appointments and phone calls.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance broker knowledge of our lending offering.
  • Attend regular meetings to provide updates and feedback on results against objectives.
  • Utilize technology to track activity and manage complaints.
Operational Objectives
  • Maintain a key relationship with one White Label lender.
  • Drive activity to grow lender partnerships.
  • Elevate product pricing and policy exemptions.
  • Manage post-settlement queries.
Technical Expertise
  • Oversee technical content for training, events, marketing materials, and websites.
  • Coordinate data input for staff and broker loans.
  • Accreditation training coordination.

KPI's will be measured by white label market share growth nationally and in each state. This measurement will form the foundation of the bonus structure.
