As a Senior Data Scientist, you will elevate the organisation's data science prowess by leveraging business acumen and technical expertise.

  • Drive end-to-end machine learning projects from ideation to deployment and monitoring
  • Foster junior and mid-level data scientists, promoting best practices in modelling, ML engineering, and business alignment
  • Design and maintain robust data pipelines and architectures to support scalable analytics and ML workflows
  • Analyse data to inform decisions using A/B testing, causal inference, and optimisation
  • Promote MLOps practices, including model versioning, automated retraining, and performance monitoring
  • Explore and prototype innovative approaches in areas like computer vision, optimisation, and generative AI
  • Communicate insights effectively through clear visualisations, presentations, and tailored documentation
Candidate Profile

You are an accomplished data scientist who brings together statistical depth, machine learning, and data-driven experimentation to drive business outcomes.

You will engage stakeholders effectively, clearly articulating the impact of data science on business performance. As a senior contributor, you will champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and play a key role in elevating data science capability across the organisation.

You are a Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise across the full data science lifecycle from ideation and modelling to deployment and monitoring in production.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Azure Databricks, and Azure cloud services
  • Working knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and modern ML toolsets
