About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing, testing, and programming fire panels, cabling, alarm systems, and associated equipment on our clients' sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Survey and recommend fire protection and safety systems and equipment in accordance with Chubb Fire & Security procedures and processes.
  • Identify, test, service, and repair fire protection and safety systems and equipment in accordance with Chubb Fire & Security procedures and processes.
  • Complete and provide evidence of maintenance performed on equipment in an accurate and legible manner, using systems including Field Services handheld technology.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and processes.
About You

We are looking for an experienced and licensed Electrician with a strong background in the Fire Protection industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working as an Electrical Technician in the Fire Protection industry
  • Current Electrical license
  • Unrestricted work rights
  • Current Driver's license
  • Current Cabling license
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check
  • A sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards relevant to Fixed Systems fire protection equipment
  • A Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme accreditation is ideal, but not mandatory
  • EAHL is ideal, but not mandatory
  • Great attitude and willingness to deliver for our customer and client base
  • Adhoc FIFO opportunity for projects / maintenance
