Procurement Manager

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead our procurement strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement plans, sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and managing purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute procurement plans based on project timelines and material requirements
  2. Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards
  3. Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels to avoid project delays
  4. Monitor market trends and material availability to optimize procurement strategies
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual terms during procurement processes

Supplier Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
  • Conduct regular supplier evaluations to assess performance, reliability, and quality
  • Resolve supply chain issues such as delays, defects, or disputes in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with suppliers to improve product offerings and service levels

Reporting & Coordination:

  1. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost analysis
  2. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and finance teams to align procurement with project goals
  3. Prepare regular reports on procurement status, cost savings, and supplier KPIs

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain within the construction industry
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with construction materials and technical specifications
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
