Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Mower Operators to join our Maintenance team in the Northern Suburbs of Perth. As a Mower Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining large turf areas using ride on mowers, whipper snippers, and edgers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain large turf areas, including ride on mowers, whipper snippers, and edgers.
  • Blow down pathways to ensure safe and clean working conditions.
  • Set up and follow traffic management plans to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Document and report equipment faults to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Meet timelines and follow a schedule to ensure efficient maintenance.

Requirements

  • Landscape maintenance experience and/or trade qualification in Parks & Gardens or Horticulture (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience with ride on mowers, whipper snippers, edgers, blowers, and hand tools (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong commitment to safe work practices and a high level of personal work standards.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • First Aid Certificate and Traffic Management Qualification (an advantage).
