Lead Procurement ProcessesLead the procurement process for key construction-related contracts, including tendering, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
Manage Supplier RelationshipsManage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Monitor Procurement ProgressMonitor procurement progress against the project plan, adjusting strategies as needed to mitigate risks and address challenges.
Ensure ComplianceEnsure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Develop a Procurement Uplift Project PlanDevelop a Procurement Uplift Project plan, creating achievable timelines to implement initiatives, identifying resource requirements, managing and reporting project risks, issues, actions, decisions, and status reports to the Procurement Project Control Group.
Sustainability FocusOversee our Level 1 Accreditation application process, ensuring alignment with our sustainability goals.
Requirements- Proven Experience
Proven experience in developing and executing long-term procurement strategies for large-scale construction projects.
Strong KnowledgeStrong knowledge of construction procurement processes, including tendering, contract management, and supplier negotiation.
