Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies

Define and implement a 3-5 year procurement strategy and framework that aligns with our business objectives and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Lead Procurement Processes

Lead the procurement process for key construction-related contracts, including tendering, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.

Manage Supplier Relationships

Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Monitor Procurement Progress

Monitor procurement progress against the project plan, adjusting strategies as needed to mitigate risks and address challenges.

Ensure Compliance

Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Develop a Procurement Uplift Project Plan

Develop a Procurement Uplift Project plan, creating achievable timelines to implement initiatives, identifying resource requirements, managing and reporting project risks, issues, actions, decisions, and status reports to the Procurement Project Control Group.

Sustainability Focus

Oversee our Level 1 Accreditation application process, ensuring alignment with our sustainability goals.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience

Proven experience in developing and executing long-term procurement strategies for large-scale construction projects.

Strong Knowledge

Strong knowledge of construction procurement processes, including tendering, contract management, and supplier negotiation.
