Our comprehensive Physician Training Program for Trainees offers rotations in general medicine, sub specialties, ICU and The Alfred and rural rotations to Shepparton and Mildura. This program satisfies the requirements for basic physician training with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP).

Becoming a doctor at Peninsula Health requires recognition of your BPT1 year by the RACP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rotations in Aged Care, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, General Medicine, Haematology, Infectious Diseases, Neurology, Oncology, Renal, Respiratory and Nights

Requirements

  • Eligible for registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner
  • MBBS or equivalent
  • Eligibility to participate in the matching process conducted by the PMCV
