Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality healthcare services to children at their homes. The role involves working autonomously to provide hospital-equivalent paediatric care, maintaining a strong relationship with the wider team, and providing clinical services including IV medication administration, central line management, wound care, and medication supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver patient-focused health care services with compassion and empathy
  • Work independently to deliver hospital-standard care in a home setting
  • Maintain open communication channels with the multidisciplinary team
  • Provide specialized clinical services as required

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Up-to-date vaccination status, including Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Hepatitis B
  • Tuberculosis screening results
  • A declaration of any serious disciplinary history
  • Clear criminal history screening
