Job Title

We are seeking experienced maintenance engineers to join our integrated logistics/product support (ILS/IPS)/supportability engineering team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for deriving and analysing logistics support data and trends on equipment/systems on the Hunter Class Naval Frigates (HCNF).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct investigations/studies and analyse source data collected for fitted equipment/systems to determine the operating, maintenance, engineering, training and support requirements for its life cycle
  • Perform Integrated Logistics/Product Support (ILS/IPS)/Maintenance Engineering Analyst activities
  • Undertake ILS/IPS/Maintenance engineering analysis activities including performing Failure Modes Effect Analysis and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) analysis Task analysis and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
  • Ensure logistics supportability/maintenance engineering analysis best practice, sound advice and analysis is provided
  • Provide input to the development of the logistics supportability/maintenance engineering analysis reports through the provision of data and assumptions extracted
  • Collaborate effectively with customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, maintaining a positive culture
  • Provide conclusions and proposed recommendations to optimise equipment/system supportability and life cycle costs
Requirements:
  • Experience in conducting investigations/studies and analysing source data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
