Consumer Experience Designer

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, develop wireframes, and implement interactive prototypes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing user-centric solutions that balance business goals with user needs.
  • Collaborating with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in user experience design.
  • Developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and other documentation to support team productivity and consistency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in user experience (UX) design or a related field.
  • Portfolio showcasing expertise in designing and implementing user-centered solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, behavioral psychology, and empathy-driven design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with front-end development and/or interaction design.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and lean startup principles.
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles.
