Senior Animal Care Specialist

At our premier after-hours vet care centre, we provide leading training and mentorship for experienced Emergency Veterinarians.

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Vet to join our dynamic team at Moorabbin Animal Emergency Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency veterinary medicine and surgery, with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Key responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care, participating in regular training and development programs, and working collaboratively with other team members to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
As an Emergency Vet, you will be expected to work weekends and public holidays, with shifts rotated to ensure fairness among the team.
Requirements- Veterinary degree available for registration in Victoria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency veterinary medicine and surgery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
