We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisory Manager to join our Employment Solutions team at Grant Thornton. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist tax advisory services to a diverse range of clients, with a particular focus on employment taxes, including global mobility arrangements, FBT, payroll tax, superannuation, employee share schemes, remuneration planning, and salary sacrifice arrangements.
Key Responsibilities- Consulting and advising on a wide variety of FBT, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, ESS, PAYG, and employee versus contractor matters, including cross-border issues and audits.
- Providing international assignment consulting and compliance services across a range of clients and matters.
- FBT policy and procedure development.
- Payroll Tax compliance.
- Designing and implementing share plans for C-suite and all other levels.
- Teaming with data and technology experts to help design automated tools.
- Coaching and mentoring team members.
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Law, Mathematics, or similar.
- Experience in a similar or complimentary role.
- Demonstrates ability to build relationships and to work independently.
- Strong research and legal interpretation skills.
- Proactive approach to client relationships and cross-selling of services.
