Tax Advisory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Employment Tax team within the Tax & Legal division. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering advisory and compliance services to clients, while also supporting the growth and development of our national network.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert tax advisory services to clients, including Fringe Benefit Tax, payroll tax, PAYG withholding, and Superannuation Guarantee obligations.
- Develop and implement employment tax compliance solutions, leveraging data analytics and robotic process automation.
- Resolve disputes and investigations with tax authorities, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
- Contribute to the growth of our national network, shaping our future employment tax offerings and developing strategic relationships.
- Collaborate with our wider Workforce Advisory business, working with a young and vibrant national team to deliver exceptional results.
- Proven experience in tax compliance and advisory work, with a strong understanding of employment tax matters.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and concise language.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Excel and data manipulation, as well as knowledge of FBT, Alteryx, or other automation technology tools.
- A commitment to client service, with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.
