Job Overview

This role involves working as a friendly and efficient car park attendant in a busy environment.

  • Reporting to the Car Park Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers using the car parks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate efficiently on a rotating roster in Melbourne with full-time hours (8-hour shifts) from Monday to Friday only.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve high standards of customer service and ensure a seamless parking experience.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous car park attendant experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Availability to work a range of shifts including mornings and afternoons.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving skills.
  • Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
