Golden Square and Bourke Square Car Parks are centrally located in Melbourne's CBD, providing parking for a variety of vehicles, including trade and oversized parking.

In addition, our car park sites are available for short-term venue and event hires, bringing added interest and diversity to the workplace.

**Your new role**

This permanent, full-time role reports directly to the Car Park Manager and Head Office and offers exposure to all aspects of our car park operations, with a strong emphasis on delivering friendly and efficient customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the car park while providing an exceptional experience to both regular and casual parkers.

Your scheduled hours will be 3:00pm to 11:00 pm Monday to Friday, working independently at Bourke Square Car Park, located in the Hardware Lane precinct. Additionally, the Bourke Square site office functions as a call center for interstate car parks, offering you a diverse and enriching work experience.

**What we are looking for**
Your friendly and hardworking demeanour will be key to your success in this role. To thrive, you will need to demonstrate:

- Previous customer service experience (preferably in retail, call centers, or similar industries)
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A full Victorian driver's license
- Computer literacy
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

**The primary responsibilities of this role include**:

- Providing exceptional face-to-face customer service to parkers
- Answering calls and addressing queries from parkers at interstate car parks
- Reporting incidents, equipment malfunctions, and building issues
- Performing cashier duties
- Maintaining and cleaning car park equipment
- Conducting general security checks and cleaning tasks
- Assisting with site preparation for events and venue hires at both car parklocations

- Energetic, proactive, and confident with a strong sense of reliability and punctuality
- Willingness to support team members with tasks and duties when needed
- Strong conflict resolution skills, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations
- Proven ability to work independently

Pay: $31.80 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
