Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage student attendance and maintain physical and digital archives in line with compliance requirements.
  • Deliver first aid support and respond to the needs of students, staff, and the broader community.
  • Contribute to a well-organized, inclusive environment that reflects our school's values.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with children, staff, parents, and the community.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills with experience in software systems desirable.
  • Outstanding personal presentation.
  • Demonstrated capacity to maintain discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
