  • Servicing of Guest Rooms: Ensure that all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for occupancy, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Task Completion: Complete all assigned tasks within the allocated time frame, including cleaning public areas and responding to guest requests.
  • Maintenance and Security: Report any maintenance or security issues to the supervisor or Executive Housekeeper, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Guest Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
  • Lost and Found: Collect and return any guest property left in vacated rooms, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull housekeeping carts.
