Cement Packing and Dispatch Operator

Job Description:

As a Cement Packing and Dispatch Operator, your primary responsibility will be to load and unload heavy vehicles while adhering to safety protocols. You will also liaise with our Sales department to minimize loading times and maximize efficiency. Additionally, you will operate and maintain cement and drymix bagging machinery, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading heavy vehicles
  • Liaising with Sales department
  • Operating and maintaining cement and drymix bagging machinery
  • Loading and unloading materials and products

Requirements:

  • Ambition and willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong commitment to environment, quality, health, safety, and wellbeing
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Leadership aspiration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current forklift license
  • MSIC permit (desirable)
  • Physical fitness and comfort working in confined spaces
  • Basic computing skills
