Team Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of the events team, you will be responsible for driving state-based events calendars in line with member and divisional expectations.

The ideal candidate will have experience executing exceptional events for members/customers, as well as strong planning and organisational skills. They will also be able to work autonomously and with limited supervision, managing changing priorities and implementing financial control processes and procedures.

In this role, you will lead and develop a small team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop events in line with member expectations. You will also participate and drive organisational change through the events strategy.

We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach, great relationship management skills both internally and externally, and experience in corporate training environments, seminars, conferences, and event management.

Key Responsibilities:
