Key Role: Assistant Store Manager
The role of the Assistant Store Manager is to oversee store operations and support the Store Manager in achieving sales and customer service goals.
Store Operations Management: Ensure that all store operations run smoothly and efficiently, including managing stock levels, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Team Development: Develop and mentor a team of sales associates and managers to help achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers by being proactive in identifying and addressing their needs.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
About the Role
This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours/week. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team.
Required Experience: Previous experience in retail management or a related field is essential.
