We are seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to join our team at Bev Chain, a subsidiary of Linfox. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our transport operations and ensuring the effective utilization of allocated resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage transport operations and systems to enhance Bev Chain's status with our clients.
- Monitor and analyze transport KPIs and develop action plans to address gaps.
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring work allocation, driver schedules, and service metrics are met.
- Execute the Site Safety Plan and ensure staff training aligns with the site's Training Needs Analysis.
- Manage vehicle and equipment maintenance/service schedules.
- Participate and commit to Safety Standards and COR requirements.
- Maintain Health & Safety documentation per Bev Chain Safety Systems requirements.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and effective negotiation abilities. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. If you are a proactive and positive team player, we encourage you to apply.
