As a Group Travel Manager, you will be the lead point of contact for corporate clients seeking exceptional travel experiences. With your expertise in managing group or fully independent travel requirements, you will deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized travel plans for corporates, universities, and special interest groups.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage budgets and make travel arrangements, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations.
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism, communication, and project management skills are maintained throughout MICE projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in corporate travel product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with GDS systems, such as SABRE, is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with major airline group booking platforms and event management technology.
