Asset Management Professional

Join a dynamic team as an Asset Management Professional, responsible for collecting and validating data on building spaces, infrastructure, plant, and equipment. This data will be captured in line with NSW Health and Health Infrastructure guidelines and uploaded into our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The successful candidate will work with spatial data, floor plans, and existing datasets to support preventative maintenance planning and uphold data integrity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role is open to candidates who can bring a high level of conceptual and analytical skills, experience working with AutoCAD and TRIRIGA or equivalent integrated Computerised Maintenance Management System, and proven technical experience in one or more multiple areas including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire related plant & equipment within a large complex facility and/or buildings.

For this role, we are looking for someone who has the ability to capture, interrogate, report on large fields of data, and deliver high quality output within agreed timeframes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
