Job Title: Asset Data Officer

Are you looking for a challenging role in asset management? This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Asset Data Officer.

As an Asset Data Officer, you will be responsible for collecting and validating data on building spaces, infrastructure, plant, and equipment. You will work with spatial data, floor plans, and existing datasets to support preventative maintenance planning and uphold data integrity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • This role requires a high level of conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to analyze and interpret complex information from numerous sources and deal with challenges creatively and achieve business-focused solutions.
  • You will have experience working with AutoCAD and TRIRIGA, or equivalent integrated Computerised Maintenance Management System.
  • Proven technical experience in one or more areas including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-related plant & equipment within a large complex facility and/or buildings.
  • You will have demonstrated experience working independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Current driver license required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and validate data on building spaces, infrastructure, plant, and equipment.
  • Work with spatial data, floor plans, and existing datasets to support preventative maintenance planning.
  • Uphold data integrity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements:
  • High level conceptual and analytical skills.
