Job Opportunity

The Agile Coach will lead consulting engagements at customer sites, delivering solutions that meet expectations. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading coaching for IT stakeholders, training, assessment, and tools review.
  • Managing global onshore/offshore teams for coaching and work delivery.
  • Helping clients transition from projects to products and platforms, adopting Agile, DevSecOps, and Cloud ways of working.
  • Establishing distributed practices with remote teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading or co-leading Agile transformation in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 organization.
  • 5-6 years relevant experience in Agile transformation, including at least 2-3 years as an Agile Coach.
  • Conversance with DevSecOps concepts and strong delivery experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise frameworks and Scrum/Kanban.
  • Knowledge of contemporary engineering and DevSecOps practices.
  • Strong facilitation and listening skills, with experience leading workshops.
