About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and career-focused Sales Engineer to join our team at Allstar Engineering. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling engineering compressor systems to businesses across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to provide products and services in line with our company product portfolio.
  • Build relationships with customers through face-to-face and telephone interactions to quickly understand their needs and deliver services accordingly.
  • Forecast and plan sales targets, and drive business development to create new relationships and opportunities.
  • Have a good understanding of compressor, pneumatics, or associated engineering-related products.
What We Offer

We offer a generous salary of approximately $80,000 - $90,000, plus a car, laptop, phone, and a generous incentive plan.

Requirements
  • Technical sales background with a strong understanding of engineering compressor systems.
  • Ability to build relationships and drive business development.
  • Target-driven and KPI-driven with a focus on sales targets.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
