We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our expanding team based in Brisbane. As part of the Customer Connect Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and employee engagement while contributing to the development and success of your team.

The Role Overview

This role combines operational, analytical, and strategic responsibilities, providing phone and administrative support to 32 aquatics and learn-to-swim venues across SE QLD. Your key duties will include handling inbound, service, and retention-based calls, as well as outbound sales calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilise strong communication skills to resolve customer queries and build trust.

- Develop and maintain effective written and verbal communication skills, be an organised self-starter, and possess a strong attention to detail.

- Complete various administrative, financial, and customer care tasks.

- Contribute to a positive team environment, focusing on high-performance outcomes.
