About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at General Pants – Erina. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, achieving KPI results, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and efficient store management
  • Review store sales reports and collaborate with the Store Manager to develop action plans to drive sales growth and improve performance
  • Hold yourself and team members accountable for their results through regular feedback and coaching
  • Support the Store Manager in creating a store roster that optimizes team resources and meets customer demand
  • Contribute to efficient inventory management, including stocktakes and cycle counts
  • Support the implementation of visual merchandising standards and assist with in-store activations
  • Mentor and coach the store team to develop their skills and knowledge, and support their career growth
About You
  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience in a retail environment
  • A genuine passion for fashion and our brands
  • The ability to lead, motivate, and engage a team environment
  • Proven experience in coaching and developing teams and individuals
  • A track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets
  • Sound knowledge of retail operations, including budgets, wages, rostering, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage
