At Little Constructions, we specialize in designing and constructing new homes across the greater Geelong region.
The successful candidate will work part-time on-site as an Administration officer, responsible for day-to-day tasks related to office management, data entry, scheduling, and providing administrative support. We are seeking an organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills to join our team.
- Must possess strong Office Management, Data Entry, and Scheduling skills
- Prior experience in providing administrative support is highly valued
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Able to work independently
- Prior experience in the Building & Construction industry is advantageous
