The successful candidate will work part-time on-site as an Administration officer, responsible for day-to-day tasks related to office management, data entry, scheduling, and providing administrative support. We are seeking an organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills to join our team.

  • Must possess strong Office Management, Data Entry, and Scheduling skills
  • Prior experience in providing administrative support is highly valued
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Able to work independently
  • Prior experience in the Building & Construction industry is advantageous
