Job Title: Support Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Support Worker on a casual basis.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily living support for clients, including personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
  • Encourage community participation and social engagement
  • Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household duties
  • Implement and follow personalised care plans
  • Foster a safe, positive environment for clients
  • Build meaningful connections through mentorship and supportive guidance
  • Collaborate with our team to create an inclusive and welcoming space

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Police Check (within the last 6 months)
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Reliable Vehicle with comprehensive or third-party property damage insurance
