Lead Engineering Deliverables and Product Roadmaps

You will be a key member of our engineering crew, responsible for leading squads to drive product vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer for engineers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.

  • Balance new functionality with ongoing improvements to product reliability, observability, and resilience.

  • Address impediments, drive decisions, and resolve escalations to maintain project momentum.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on product roadmaps and prioritization decisions.

  • Identify, articulate, and manage risks across streams of work.

  • Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design and development.

  • Maintain a healthy prioritized backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes.

  • Implement controls to mitigate key risks and manage squad performance to defined objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in product leadership, ideally within engineering.

  • Experience in defining product roadmaps and delivering product vision.

  • Expertise in API design and tooling (OpenAPI, Kong).

  • Knowledge of low-latency environments and proficiency in core programming languages (C#, Java, Python).

  • Familiarity with cloud migrations, AI technologies, data lakes, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and event-driven architectures.
