Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing administrative support.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to medical staff, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including promoting medical equipment and devices.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills in medical equipment and devices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop strategies for improving patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical equipment/devices or a related field.
  • A strong clinical background in nursing or allied health.
  • An ability to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • A professional attitude with high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
