Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of logistics operations, including inventory management and stock notification processing.
  • Manage inventory levels and process stock receipts to ensure timely delivery.
  • Receipt and manage inventory outside of third-party logistics and stock locations.
  • Process inventory receipts of transfer orders in a timely manner.
  • Identify and manage parts used in Glencore Technology's technologies through the SAP catalogue.
  • Ensure stock accuracy in all warehouses.
  • Conduct inventory analysis using the SLOB process.
  • Own stock plan creation and updates for all warehouses.
  • Provide operational support to the GT Aftermarket team.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in supply chain and logistics, including domestic and international freight.
  • Ability to work with freight forwarders, warehouses, and teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of Incoterms.
  • Understanding of supply and demand management within ERP software.
  • Experience using computerized ERP systems, with SAP experience highly regarded.
  • Understanding of inventory and cataloguing practices.
  • Understanding of Glencore Technology's technologies is highly regarded.
