About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our retail spa team. As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with our wellness philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and connect with clients through our signature customer journey
  • Conduct expert consultations and skin analysis
  • Educate clients on natural ingredients, rituals, and wellness story
  • Recommend personalised treatments and homecare plans
  • Build relationships and encourage rebooking and customer loyalty

Treatment Delivery:

  • Perform facial treatments and protocols to a high standard
  • Ensure treatment areas meet cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards
  • Manage pre- and post-treatment protocols, including consultation forms and follow-ups
  • Consistently achieve treatment and retail sales targets
  • Provide genuine product recommendations based on individual skin needs
  • Promote seasonal campaigns and in-store promotions

Teamwork & Culture:

  • Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment
  • Maintain strong working relationships with team members and leadership
  • Uphold our brand values and service excellence

Operations & Admin:

  • Assist with appointment bookings, POS, and reporting
  • Support gift wrapping, stock replenishment, and store presentation
  • Participate in store-wide initiatives and events
Required Skills and Qualifications

About You:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (recognised)
  • Valid driver's license (recognised)
  • Passionate about natural skincare, wellbeing, and sustainability
  • Outstanding customer service and sales skills
  • Professional presentation and confident communication
  • Reliable, proactive, and a collaborative team player
  • Previous experience in a premium retail or spa environment
  • Familiarity with holistic therapies (e.g. aromatherapy, facial massage)
  • Experience using consultation/booking systems (e.g. Timely, POS)
