Highway Infrastructure Specialist

">Role Overview:
">Due to consistent growth in our team and a steadily improving pipeline of work in civil highways engineering, we are seeking expressions of interest for experienced Road Designers to join our dynamic team.
">Responsibilities:
">- Create detailed road designs using industry-standard software such as OpenRoads and Civil 3D.
- Lead the delivery of the Road Design component of projects within agreed deadlines;
- Provide technical input and innovative solutions to complex road design challenges.
- Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of design plans and documentation.
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive road design solutions.
Requirements:

">- A suitable degree or equivalent qualification relevant to Civil Engineering is desirable;
- Relevant road design skills and experience using OpenRoads, Civil 3D or 12D is essential,
- Experience in a project delivery environment with demonstrated participation in the delivery of major road infrastructure projects;
- Proven experience in delivery of MRWA ETS projects is highly desirable;
- Capability to address unexpected challenges and find solutions that meet design criteria.
- Knowledge of Austroads Guide to Road Design and Main Roads'Supplements is essential, Knowledge and experience in applying other road agencies standards within Australia is desirable.
