Job Description:

Become a key member of our team as a senior kitchen supervisor. In this exciting role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy kitchen, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain control over inventory levels and manage stock ordering effectively
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results in terms of product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective systems for staff rostering and time management
  • Ensure all kitchen areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and promote a positive work environment


Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong track record of achieving results through effective team management
  • High standards of food preparation and presentation, with the ability to lead by example
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
