Rehabilitation Consultant Role

We are seeking a qualified Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team of clinicians providing clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work across national and state-based customers, forming close bonds with clients and supporting their health outcome achievements every step of the way.

You will perform assessments and interventions in various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres, clinics, and ORS offices, helping to bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients' rehabilitation journeys.

In addition to our Workplace Rehabilitation team, we employ over 120 Occupational Therapists nationally supporting NDIS participants. You will have the opportunity to attend additional training and maintain a small NDIS case load to broaden your clinical skills (optional).

Graduate Programs:

If you have recently graduated or are within your first 12 months of experience, you may be eligible for our six-month tailored new graduate program, which includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
  • A car and licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
