We are seeking a skilled Clinical Case Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework.

- Coordinate medical care, facilitate return-to-work programs, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Empathy: Understanding the challenges injured workers face and providing compassionate support.
