We are seeking a skilled Clinical Case Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework.

  • Coordinate medical care, facilitate return-to-work programs, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Requirements:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
