About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at West HQ. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive commercial outcomes and deliver best-in-class activities on time, on budget, and on brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, execute, and measure campaign plans in partnership with functional business leaders to meet common business goals.
  • Work with a passionate team of marketing colleagues to deliver high-quality marketing activities that meet commercial outcomes.
  • Prepare copy, content, and creative to bring our brands to life and engage our audience.
  • Analyse data and ROI to drive performance and deliver campaign improvement.
  • Work with agencies and suppliers to produce materials, media, and other collateral.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain effective relationships with design agencies and supplier groups.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a relevant destination or skills discipline (fitness, entertainment, leisure, marketing).
  • Tertiary education/qualifications in Marketing (degree preferred).
  • Ability to present your own ideas and serve internal clients without supervision.
  • Meticulous work with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a high use of initiative and problem-solving.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to determine priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • A creative flair and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes on multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong I.T skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
