About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at West HQ. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive commercial outcomes and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
  • Design and create high-quality marketing assets, including copy, content, and creative materials
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of marketing materials
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a destination or skills discipline such as fitness, entertainment, or leisure
  • Tertiary education or qualifications in Marketing, with a degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas and work with internal clients
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills
