ICT Contracts and Vendor Management Professional

About the Role:

As an ICT Contracts and Vendor Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple ICT contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements. This role drives strategic alignment and performance in ICT procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage multiple ICT contracts to meet business objectives.
  • Manage existing IT vendors and address non-performance issues.
  • Lead complex contractual negotiations and conduct market research to ensure best value for money.
  • Prepare and manage contracts with ICT vendors to minimize risks and optimize benefits.
  • Provide high-level support, advice, and reports on procurement and contract management to stakeholders.
  • Maintain the highest degree of probity and discretion in procurement to uphold organizational integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in contracts and vendor management.
  • Experience in government procurement with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and vendors.
  • Ability to manage complex tasks and anticipate risks to mitigate potential losses.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
