Club Intercontinental Team Leader Position

The role of a Club Intercontinental Team Leader is multifaceted and dynamic, requiring strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team.

Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, this position demands an individual with ambition, talent, and a clear vision for exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities include responding to guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and supervising a team of 4 Club Attendants.

Daily departmental briefings and regular team meetings are crucial to maintaining high standards and driving team development through on-boarding, training, and coaching.

Requirements
  • Refined and personable communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems (such as Opera)
  • Unrestricted working rights for Australia
  • Availability to work across 7 days a week, anytime between 6am and 10pm, including weekends and public holidays
