Performance Data Quality Officer Role

This role is focused on ensuring the accuracy, consistency and reliability of data in our case management system. As a Performance Data Quality Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining guidance materials to support consistent record-keeping. You will also provide feedback and recommendations to business areas on data quality issues, support the resolution of problems, and conduct quality assurance reviews of data.

  • This includes reviewing data for errors, inconsistencies and inaccuracies, and making recommendations for improvements.
  • You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
About This Role

This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data quality issues. Experience in conducting data quality reviews, providing guidance on record-keeping practices and using Microsoft CRM and tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL is highly valued. Additionally, your ability to develop and deliver training and support materials to business users is essential.

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, information management, data analytics or a related field.
  • Experience in conducting data quality reviews and providing guidance on record-keeping practices.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft CRM and tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training and support materials to business users.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
