Technical Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting clients across various data environments. Your expertise will help clients solve business problems through data analysis, requirements gathering, and designing data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis to drive business value.
  • Requirements Specification: Create requirement specifications, analyze requirements, create visual models, facilitate elicitation sessions, and extract valuable insights from data.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize SQL, DAX, and/or other programming languages to analyze data, formulating business requirements that drive informed decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Manage or supervise team members to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Requirements Specifications: Demonstrated experience creating requirements specifications, analyzing requirements, creating visual models, facilitating workshop sessions, and utilizing necessary business analyst tools.
  • Domain Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in a core domain of expertise, including data migration processes, modern web applications, or other domains such as SAP, Integration platforms, etc.
  • Advanced Knowledge: Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience with SQL and programming skills such as Python and R.
  • Project Delivery: Knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery, either traditional SDLC or agile delivery methodologies (or hybrid approaches).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate and present information with purpose, clarity, and impact.
