Enrolled Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team at The Shoreline, a luxury aged care facility on the Mid North Coast of NSW. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional resident-focused care, working collaboratively with our clinical team to deliver day-to-day care and lifestyle support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide services designed to promote dignity, choice, and independence for our residents
- Work within your full scope of clinical ability, issuing medications and performing physical assessments and observations as required
- Complete documentation in an accurate and timely manner, contributing to and implementing care plans as formulated in collaboration with RNs
- Evaluate the progress of residents based on identified care needs and report outcomes
- Participate in the admission and transition of care for residents, delivering care in accordance with their needs, goals, and preferences
