Enrolled Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team at The Shoreline, a luxury aged care facility on the Mid North Coast of NSW. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional resident-focused care, promoting dignity, choice, and independence, and working collaboratively with our RNs to deliver high-quality care and lifestyle support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide services designed to promote dignity, choice, and independence for our residents
- Work within your full scope of clinical ability, issuing medications, performing physical assessments and observations, and completing documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Contribute to and implement care plans as formulated in collaboration with RNs, evaluating the progress of residents based on identified care needs and reporting outcomes
- Participate in the admission and transition of care for residents, delivering care in accordance with the needs, goals, and preferences of each individual
- Model professional enrolled nursing standards and conduct, taking steps as a clinical leader to ensure a healthy workplace culture

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:
- Enrolled Nurse qualification
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with a high level of initiative
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment and communicate effectively with management, staff, and stakeholders
- Ability to demonstrate kindness and empathy across all channels and model behaviors that align with The Shoreline's vision and CREED
- Highly developed organisational skills and ability to determine work priorities
- Understanding of the ageing process and a commitment to advocate for older people in residential care and/or home care
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software and other desktop applications to an intermediate level
- Police check clearance and up-to-date vaccination as required by legislation or industry best practice
