Claims Case Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced claims case manager to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage claim work items within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and communicate potential SLA risks for corrective action.
    2. Ensure accurate claim portfolio management, compliance with SLAs, and adherence to business rules, regulations, and codes.
    3. Perform quality assurance tasks and conduct end-to-end claim reviews to ensure proficient and accurate case management.
    4. Investigate incidents within SLA timeframes and assist with incident remediation when required.
    5. Address complex enquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
    6. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure completion within agreed timeframes.
    7. Support complaint management activities related to insurance claims and RG271.
